As part of a sympathetic, currently eight-headed team, you will process the pay bills for around 125 colleagues – smart and digital with P&I LOGA3. Carefully maintain master and movement data in our HR system - thanks to you we keep an overview together. Proactively clarify open questions on pay billing and social insurance and tax law matters. For this purpose, contact external institutions, discuss matters with our employees and are competently available to colleagues in questions as contact person/contact partner.

A completed training on/to the administrative specialist, to/to the merchant/supplier for office management, tax specialist staff or a comparable commercial or administrative qualification your relevant, multiannual professional experience in public service personnel billing your know-how in tax and social security law and, at best, supplementary pension rights safe handling of digital HR systems; Experience with P&I LOGA is desirable Your numerical affinity, your service orientation, your high sense of responsibility and your discretion in dealing with confidential personal data Your friendly, reliable and open appearance for new topics and methods as well as desire for teamwork
