Facility Manager / Building Technician (m/f/d)

For the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings, production and logistics areas as well as for building safety, preventive fire protection and the functionality of all alarm systems. Expectedly, you plan repair and maintenance work, monitor test intervals and document them. In case of malfunctions, you can independently remedy or commission foreign companies for repair measures, you coordinate the operations and check the performed services. You ensure compliance with all legal regulations and safety and environmental standards (e.g. DGUV, fire protection, occupational safety). It is also advantageous to have knowledge of the electrical safety test of spatially variable and stationary installations according to DGUV. You support conversions, extensions and technical projects and act as a central contact person for technical and infrastructural issues – even in emergencies outside business hours you are ready to use. Buildings and outdoor facilities you keep in mind and organize building cleaning, winter service, green care, disposal etc.

You have completed a technical or crafted training, for example to the plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning, central heating and ventilation engineer, electronics engineer for energy and building technology, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification. You could gain first professional experience in facility management, building management or object care. Ideally, you know well in the technical building equipment – for example in building and system engineering, measurement, control and control technology, as well as with heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems or fire detection and safety systems. You understand how to coordinate different work areas – across the factory and at the same time – and you can talk well in the team. For documentation and administrative processes, you need secure office skills, e.g. Excel. Sustainable action, a high sense of responsibility and a structured and quality-oriented way of working distinguish you. You own the class B driver's license and are willing to participate in the standby service.
