Customer support: support for our large-scale customers in indoor services, as well as cutting point management with our key account manager, management and maintenance of customer master data Procurement processing: preparation of the customer talks as well as complete supply processing and order booking Order processing: collection and disposition of customer orders Project Management: Takeover of own projects and compilation of statistics, reports and evaluations Revenue analysis: preparation of evaluations and analysis of sales and sales figures

Qualification: Successful completion of commercial training, economic studies or a comparable background Vocational experience: Multiannual work experience in an administrative area of responsibility Sales problems: enthusiasm for our products and the joy of new challenges, empathy and ability to identify and edit complex customer requirements Personality: Embossed communicative strength, friendly and safe / competent appearance against our customers and business partners as well as a high self-motivation, target orientation and team spirit Working style: structured, self-professional and proactive – with a high degree of organizational skills, precision and reliability Software tools: Secure MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, as well as experience with CRM systems Language knowledge: flowing German knowledge in word and writing and English knowledge at least on B1 level.
