We are looking for you full time as (Junior) Contract Manager (m/w/d) in our contract management department in Wiesbaden.

What tasks do you have? Support of construction sites and operational teams from the supply phase to the end of the warranty phase

Leading contract-relevant correspondence with partners

Investigation of tender documents regarding opportunities and risk potential

Development of control measures in the project team

Responsible for contract and follow-up management in complex construction projects

Consultation of the project team in follow-up management

Processing of claims to customers and subcontractors

Preparation and implementation of post-contract negotiations and defence of unauthorized claims

What are you doing? Completed studies in civil engineering, ideally deepening in construction

Knowledge of procurement and construction law desirable

Experience in project/construction management of larger construction projects

Good MS Office knowledge required

German knowledge (C1) and very good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing

Ready to accompany projects in Germany and abroad

Flexibility and ability to support several projects simultaneously
