Development and control of housing projects and smaller quarterly developments – from the first idea to the realization Identification and assessment of appropriate land and project sites Creation of usage concepts focusing on sustainability, social mixing and quality of life Coordination of planning processes in close cooperation with architects, specialist planners and authorities Monitoring of construction planning procedures and approval processes Efficiency calculations, funding assessment and preparation of decision templates Communication with municipalities, investors, residents and other stakeholders Considering ESG criteria, mobility concepts and ecological building standards

Completed studies in urban planning, architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or comparable qualification or comparable professional experience in real estate management (makler business, construction company etc.) Experience in the development of the project, ideally in the field of housing or quarter development Experience in the building industry including knowledge MaBV Knowledge of building and planning law and sustainable building and energy concepts Interest in sustainable, social and ecologically balanced project approaches Communication strength, initiative and structured working Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of GIS, CAD or project management tool as well as SAP S/4HANA of advantage
