Business Economist - Controlling / Finance / Real Estate (m/f/d)

You work on financing projects for commercial real estate and are closely associated with the management, partner banks and the capital market. You actively expand the network to banks and foreign investors and maintain existing contacts. You create cost-effectiveness analyses and prepare financial key figures, especially with MS Excel, as a sound basis for investment decisions. You are responsible for the creation and verification of credit agreements and conduct the associated contractual negotiations. You are responsible for regular reporting to management and external investors and ensure data quality.

You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in the commercial sector (m/w/d) You ideally have experience with commercial credit contracts You work proactively and structured, have the ability to work into new themes You have negotiation experience and a communicative appearance You have good MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel You control German (C1+) and English (B2+) in word and writing
