In the customer service of Vonovia, you will arrange a dynamic team for satisfied customers. Around 1,200 employees work at our locations in Berlin, Dresden and Essen:inside the concerns of our tenants:inside – in a collegial environment with attractive working conditions

You are the first contact person for external contact persons:inside and take over the customer-oriented processing of questions. This includes, in particular, searches for individual customers:internal and response to requests for information from suppliers:inside, authorities and third parties It depends on you: You adjust the 360° processing of customers: inside and care of customers: inside and counter master data You work closely with colleagues in local customer service, the energy/measuring service sector, with suppliers:inside and third parties You will take care of incoming callback requests that reach us through our Vonovia MieterApp and carry active service calls through Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the complete processing, evaluation and documentation of business incidents

You already have first experience in customer service and bring a basic understanding of commercial processes with In addition, you could ideally gain pre-experiences in the real estate industry or in a comparable area You convince us by: high level of empathy, motivation, readiness to learn, service and customer orientation as well as a success-oriented and flexible working You are strong in communication (even in a foreign language); both in direct contact on the phone and in writing and have the pleasure of solving complex issues Good MS-Office knowledge and SAP (FI/RE) knowledge are desirable
