You are responsible for the technical support of the insurance contracts of our company customers for occupational pension provision. The focus is on direct insurance. This includes independent contract management, documentation and data management in our inventory management system. You provide advice and support to our customer connections by phone and in writing. You also take over the qualified tendering and application processing after detailed incorporation. You support our customer supporters in the pre- and post-processing of appointments and also act as an interface to the personnel departments of our customers.

You have several years of professional experience in personal insurance. You have successfully completed your training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance or insurance specialist (m/w/d). You have good savings knowledge and provide professional experience in occupational retirement provision (e.g. a life insurance company, a broker or a consultancy company). You inspire customers with your interest in saving and enjoying personal, telephone and written contact with customers and service providers. Your PC identifiers (e.g. MS-Office) are application-proof. Services, team skills, a very good communication capability and a high level of commitment complete your profile.
