Ensuring the functionality and availability of the technical facilities, as well as the location operation and monitoring of the external service providers in the assigned technical discipline electrical engineering Continuous further development of plant engineering/operational processes in the discipline Construction of specialist service catalogues and service orders Maintenance of electronic operating documentation (CAFM) Control of the implementation of small orders and participation in the acceptance and commissioning of maintenance and customer projects With the help of developing and developing service and maintenance contracts with external service providers Processing of faults, maintenance and small orders (Facility Service) Selection, commissioning and control of external service providers (company coordination) as a rule service operation via all service levels

Education: 31⁄2-year vocational training in the discipline Professional experience: Long-standing professional experience in building operation of a technologically demanding industrial company, proven experience in planning and designing systems/services, experience in controlling external FM service providers and project processing Other knowledge: experience in the preparation of performance specifications, tendering, procurement, good knowledge of all relevant legal and administrative provisions and generally accepted technical rules and regulations.
