Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Process optimization: You analyze existing manufacturing and assembly processes and systematically reduce waste as well as cycle times (e.g. by value flow analyses).

Industrialization: You accompany the transfer of new products from development to series production and are responsible for the design of the necessary production steps.

Lean Management: You implement and train Lean methods (5S, SMED, Kaizen) directly on the shopfloor and moderate corresponding optimization workshops.

Plant planning: You develop concepts for automation and layout design of production cells and accompany the procurement and commissioning of new plants.

Data analysis: You monitor the overall plant efficiency (OEE), perform time recordings and maintain the relevant master data such as work plans and piece lists in the ERP system.

Qualification: A completed study in the field of production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification.

Professional experience: You have well-founded practice in process optimization or production planning, ideally within the metal-processing automotive industry.

Method competence: Secure handling of lean management tools and methods of time data determination (e.g. according to REFA or MTM).

Technical understanding: You have a good understanding of automated manufacturing processes and basic knowledge of CAD systems for layout planning.

Personality: A structured, analytical way of working as well as the ability to accompany changes in the team in a strong and motivating manner.
