You support our recruiting team throughout the entire application process – from job alerts to onboarding. You take care of and manage our applicant data in personio. You can find new colleagues (m/w/d) through Active Sourcing. You correspond with applicants (m/w/d) and coordinate interviews. You help develop and optimize our recruiting processes. You support the daily work in the HR department.

You are impersonated at a university or university, ideally in the field of Business Administration / BWL, Psychology, Social Sciences or in a comparable course of study. You have a strong interest in HR topics, especially recruiting. You work hard, self-employed and are strong in communication. You bring high service orientation and discretion in handling sensitive data. First experience with Personio or comparable HR systems is a plus – but no need.
