(Senior) Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for building site management in the field of primary engineering, including coordination of all construction activities on site Control and monitoring of after-contractors in terms of quality, time and safety Implementation of construction monitoring and ensuring compliance with the contract Granting of technical instructions and instructions for proper construction Planning and coordination of construction activities in close cooperation with project management and trade unions Active claim and return management, including assessment, negotiation and enforcement of claims Continuous progress control and introduction of appropriate measures in case of time or quality deviations Examination and evaluation of schedules and identification of optimization potentials Communication with customers and suppliers as well as participation in project and voting dates Ensuring compliance with Baden-Württemberg (LBO) and all relevant building regulations

Successfully completed university studies in the field of civil engineering or a comparable discipline Practical experience in civil engineering, ideally in infrastructure or large projects Deteciable, comprehensive experience in the independent activity on construction sites, preferably in the construction management or construction monitoring Safe handling of complex construction processes and a strong understanding of the practical implementation of construction projects on site
