Supporting our HR team for administrative and organizational tasks in daily business Participation in recruiting, e.g. in the publication of job advertisements and the coordination and appointment of job interviews Support in creating personal documents Organisation and coordination of appointments, for example for occupational medical examinations or senior training Support for onboarding and offboarding processes Working with current HR projects and optimizing internal processes

Continuous studies, ideally with a focus on personnel, business management, business psychology or a comparable subject Interest in personal business topics and work with people Structured, careful and independent operation Reliability and a high level of discretion and sense of responsibility Safe handling of current MS Office applications Good German skills and ideal English skills
