These are your tasks: Support in the introduction and further development of our Operations Management System (OMS) Introduction and implementation of Lean tools in intralogistics, warehouse logistics and envelope platforms Participation in the development, introduction, evaluation and interpretation of operational key figures, including in the context of Shopfloor Management Planning, moderation and implementation of CS workshops (continuous improvement process) Responsible identification and implementation of process improvements Coaching and training of executives and operational teams on lean methods and improvement processes Identification of waste and optimization potentials along logistical processes Promoting sustainable improvement and lean culture at the site

That's what you bring: Experience and detectable successes in the field of Lean Management, Operational Excellence, Process Optimization or Continuous Improvement Safe handling of relevant Lean Management Methods and Tools as well as measures of the Continuous Improvement Process (KVP) Experience in the moderation of workshops, training and coaching measures Ideally professional experience in logistics, intralogistics, warehouse logistics or supply chain Authentic, open appearance and the ability to inspire different stakeholders for changes and improvements Very good German and good English skills
