At home we are in Kleve-Materborn. Here you will work in a comfortable house where 55 residents live in full-stead care and 8 guests live in short-term care. In addition, 25 service apartments are attached to the senior house, as well as 40 residents in the house communities.

The Hausgemeinschaft St. Monika belongs to the Seniorenhaus GmbH of Cellitinnen to St. Maria with more than 2500 employees who are located in 24 locations in the regions of Rheinland & Niederrhein, Düren & Eifel, Bad Honnef & Trier, get involved.

Your tasks

• As an important reference person, you plan, answer and accompany the care process professionally and support the residents in their daily structure
• You carry out basic and treatment care after the moeutic care and care model
• You are responsible for independent and professional care documentation and action planning
• You communicate with residents, their relatives, doctors and supervisors

Your profile

• You have a completed training as a nurse, examinated nursing, health care and nursing or a comparable qualification
• You are an open minded personality with understanding and empathy in the care and care of our residents
• You're emitting a competent and friendly approach to residents as well as relatives in stressful situations
• You convince by independent work, self-initiative and reliability as well as strong communication and team skills
