Management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties in the daily business Contact person (w/m/d) for tenants, owners, service providers and craftsmen Monitoring and coordination of repair and maintenance measures settlement of lease contracts (preparation, conclusion, changes and terminations) Implementation and monitoring of additional cost accounting including Plausibility check Auditing and support in the creation of budgets and reports Organisation and implementation of object visits and transfers Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations in real estate management

Completed training as a real estate businessman (w/m/d), merchant of real estate and housing (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in house or real estate management Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), knowledge of housing software of advantage Organisational skills and independent and structured working methods Communication strength, customer orientation and negotiation skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing, further language skills
