Your tasks:

• As part of the BIM planning team, you will be involved everywhere from feasibility studies, drafts and design to the creation of approval planning, bringing your projects forward.
• You model three-dimensional building models and work with the BIM method.
• You develop variant studies and always question your designs to find the best solution for your project.
• You prepare presentations of your results and introduce them to your client.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in architecture and have successfully completed your AiP.
• You have been able to gain 2 years of professional experience and ideally have experience with BIM in the design and therefore see the advantages of implementing BIM in the early stages of performance.
• You're strong in design and don't shy away.
• You have a well-founded knowledge of ArchiCAD and can also create virtualizations using Enscape, for example.
• You have fun working with Adobe Creative Suite and enjoy the use of AI-based programs. A dedicated and flexible way of working distinguishes you.
