Your task:

Responsibility of all administrative activities relating to the reception process in particular for the field of youth assistance Guided tour of visitor groups and advice about our services Organization of sales activities and customer events Telephone consulting and acquisition of customers Planning and implementation of the new recording days Collection and maintenance of our customer data in the CRM system

Your profile:

Completed commercial training, training as a specialist or study as well as training Experience in the consulting and support of customers combined with high self- and social competence as well as strong team skills Very good knowledge of cooperation with authorities Communication strength, organisational skills and economic thinking driving licence class B
