IT Service Desk Specialist Focus RSA & Identity Management (m/f/d)

First-level support: You are the first point of contact for users with login and multi-factor authentication problems (MFA). Token Management: You control the entire process for RSA tokens (Hardware & Software): You're in charge of shipping and handing over new hardware tokens. Lifecycle: You take care of the exchange in case of defects or expiry of the runtime. Provisioning: You take the activation, assignment and registration of the tokens in the system.

Documentation: You make sure that every token process is documented in a complete and audit-proof manner.

IT affinity: You have completed an IT training or are a technically experienced cross-comer with support experience. Experience with RSA/MFA: Ideally, you have already worked with RSA SecurID or comparable authentication solutions. Safe handling of ServiceNow: You know about ticket workflows and know how to efficiently document inquiries. Accuracy: As it comes to safety tokens, you work extremely precise and reliable.
