We are looking for you as IT Delivery Manager* in the private customer business to inspire our investors and banks of the cooperative financial group with digital solutions. Your core tasks include: You are planning, taxing and responsible for the IT-side implementation of change initiatives – in partnership and at eye level with the department and business manager You ensure delivery across teams, systems and external partners and ensure transparency across progress, risks and dependencies You evaluate technical feasibility, system requirements and integration and architecture dependencies of complex projects together with IT specialists You coordinate cooperation between specialist, IT, architecture, law and external service providers You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, technical standards and binding processes and select classic, agile or hybrid approach models according to the situation

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or economic studies with IT-related additional qualification Multiannual experience as IT delivery managerin, IT project managerin or in a comparable role in complex IT projects Experience in cooperation in modern, cross-functional delivery and product organisations and in cooperation with external service providers Embossed communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting Liability, persuasiveness and enforcement - paired with an empathic and estimating occurrence We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
