As a Tender Manager, you act as a central contact person for our participation in national alerts. You make sure that our offers are not only accurate, but unbeatable. You scan the market for exciting tenders, evaluate tender documents on feasibility and decide on our 'Go/No-Go' strategy. You are responsible for the visibility of relevant tender channels so that we do not miss a chance and ensure complete documentation. You hold the threads in your hand and coordinate the entire supply process in close coordination with our specialist departments. In the bidding process, you are the voice of BusinessBike, ask the right questions and raise answers strategically. Together with the management, you develop the optimal offer to maximize our chances of success. After the tender, before the tender – you are analysing won and lost tenders systematically to constantly improve our bids and processes. You have a look at the trends of the industry and thereby guide valuable impulses for our future positioning. From the first analysis of the tender until the final submission of the offer, you make sure that each document meets the highest quality requirements. After the contract, you will accompany the transfer to the sales team for a smooth onboarding of our new customers.

A completed study (BWL, Industrial Engineering, etc.) or a comparable qualification you bring. You have several years of professional experience in Tender or Bid management, ideally in a service or mobility environment. You can quickly penetrate complex alert texts and accurately identify and evaluate opportunities and risks. You have the pleasure of working across divisions and keeping a cool head even with tight deadlines. You act diplomatically, safe from negotiation and always meet the right sound in contact with award agencies. ''Detailed'' is not a shame for you - you stand for 100% quality in the documentation. You are versed in dealing with popular tendering platforms and modern software tools. You work independently, independently and are motivated to move something in an agile environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills in German complete your profile.
