As a Trainee Logistics Planning (m/w/x) you will become part of our 18-month ASPIRE Trainee Program from 06.10.2025 and gain deep insight into our dynamic logistics projects and processes. You start at our campus in Gütersloh and dive into the diverse tasks of a logistics planner at various deployments at our locations in Germany and abroad.

• Deep insights into logistics and warehouse planning: Knowing Logistics Engineering in all its diversity

• Intralogistics from the Pike! You are going through our planning and implementation department in several locations in Germany and abroad and accompany exciting automation projects for our customers in the different industries Consumer Products, TECH and Healthcare

• Become an expert (m/w/x) in material flow planning: You support the implementation of the planned logistics concepts, including project management and budget control We'll equip you! We support your time as a trainee through a variety of personal development measures such as intercultural management

• basic training in agile project management

• the simulation of material flows

• Creating layouts with CAD tools

• Successfully completed studies in logistics, supply chain management or economic engineering (or shortly before)

• First internships, working student activities or project work in logistics planning

• High technical understanding of operational processes and pronounced analytical skills

• Enthusiasm for projects in Germany and abroad and driving licence Class B

• German and English language skills and a high self-initiative and an independent working method
