Your tasks

Individual assistance: In the night service, they take care of the individual support for the needs of our residents.

Begleitung & Support: They support our residents as a reliable contact person during the night and support them in their individual concerns and needs.

Safety & well-being: With your attentive and sensitive accompaniment, you contribute to ensuring that our residents feel safe, well-appointed and comfortable during the night.

Our offer

Safety:A compensation according to the ceremonial collective agreement Diakonie (KTD) ES8 incl. a worker-funded, company pension provision, special charges in the form of holiday and Christmas money and 30 days (at a 5-day week) give you the personal security you deserve.

Your profile

Qualification: They have completed training as health care and nursing caregiver, elderly caregiver or comparable nursing qualification.

Empathy: They encounter people with different disabilities with empathy, patience and joy. You are interested in creative communication and individual relationship design with people of different ages.

Stoping: They bring along an appreciation and recognition of basic attitude and see the diversity and individuality of each person as an enrichment.

Required: The heart of your work is the night: you bring the firm willingness to be there primarily in our night services for the residents.

While: They have a class B driver's license and are flexible in taking over night work in our other houses.
