Senior IT Consultant - SAP / IT Processes / Project Management (m/f/d)

Frobese GmbH is the experienced, reliable partner for banks, financial service providers and insurance companies in northern Germany. We advise our customers on the design and implementation of complex IT projects and always support them personally.

Your tasks with us in the team: As a senior IT consultant, you strengthen our team and work closely with our customers – mainly in the banking and insurance environment. You support sophisticated IT and transformation projects with high technical and technical complexity and are the central interface between specialist, organizational units and IT.

You understand business processes, think IT-sided solution-oriented and keep an overview even in critical project phases. As an experienced consultant:in you are Sparringspartner:into our customers and actively contribute to project success.

Your duties include: Accompanying complex IT and software projects with multiple subprojects Analysis, design and optimization of IT processes and organizational structures Responsibility for cut-over planning and implementation within the framework of Go-Lives and migrations Development of qualified requirements analyses, specialist concepts and implementation requirements Conception and evaluation of technical and technical solution scenarios Planning, coordination and control of testing activities Control and coordination of internal and external development teams and service providers Persecution and reporting of project status (time, quality, risks, budget, resources) Close cooperation with project management, stakeholders and adjacent projects Accompanying the project over the entire software development cycle

Multiannual experience (min. 5 years) in project work in the IT environment Very good IT process and organization expertise Practical experience in cutting-over management and production-critical project phases Overarching knowledge in the SAP environment (modules and structures, processes and has formatted: Not highlightingmethods in the project environment) Finded test experience (planning, coordination, implementation) Project experience in the banking or insurance environment desirable Experience in project management (classical and/or agile) A well-founded specialist training or a study of economic informatics or computer science is welcome – but it is crucial to practical experience Communicative, sensual personality with analytical thinking High commitment and responsibility – even in intensive phases of the project when it comes to flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
