Werkstudent Product & Commerce Management (m/f/d)

Your contribution You prepare information and requirements to be addressed – for specialist areas as well as for developers. You support new functions and document results, vulnerabilities and solutions. You take the documentation of support cases, processes and new functionalities and make sure that knowledge is accessible to others. You take over smaller topics and projects independently and coordinate the necessary votes. You support communication between disciplines, key users and developers and help bring together different perspectives and requirements. You accompany the introduction of new features and support, for example, in the preparation of information, handovers and trainings for our key users. Your environment In your working day, you will have to deal with different topics. It's about understanding a user's problem, making a request understandable for developers or explaining a new feature for users. Exactly this interface work makes our role. You don't have to be an IT professional. More importantly, you can remember new topics and have fun communicating with different audiences. Your freedoms With us, you will be given the opportunity to take responsibility and to work on new topics step by step. You organize your tasks as autonomously as possible and decide how to look at topics. In doing so, you take tasks and projects and introduce ideas – especially where it is about structuring information and bringing people together.

Your training You are currently enrolled at a university or university (still for at least 1 year). For example, your course can come from the fields of communication science, marketing, business, business informatics, computer science, digital business or a comparable field. Your experience You have ideally gained first experience in communication, project work, customer or user support, in collaboration with different stakeholders or in a comparable environment. You have fun working on new topics and relationships – even if these are complex or technical. Your skills You can adjust yourself very well to different conversation partners and target groups and provide information to the address. You communicate openly, bindingly and with different people – from specialist to key users to developers. You work independently, structured and reliable and keep an overview of several topics. You have the pleasure of taking responsibility for your own topics and working yourself into new tasks. You bring some curiosity about digital and technical topics and you have no fear of dealing with them. You can communicate safely (B2) in German and English.
