In addition to transmissions for all Daimler Truck vehicle parts at the site, external planetary and portal axles as well as car converters are also produced. The work with about 4,600 employees is the competence center for commercial vehicle power plants in the international production network of the Daimler Truck. In your internship, you will get a comprehensive insight into the work of our staff area - from remuneration to personnel management and planning to work policy issues. We run projects, accompany personnel talks and are responsible for the company's reintegration management (BEM) as well as the idea management. In addition, we control payment processes, introduce new IT tools and drive digitization consistently to become a piece more efficient every day. In doing so, we act in a cross-company network of HR and specialist departments. We have fun in what we do and our continuous development.

As an intern, you can look forward to the following tasks: You will get to know the varied operating HR day business and join - mainly in the areas of labor policy, remuneration, human resources management and planning You participate in the introduction of new IT tools and drive the digitization of our area forward – including the question of how AI can support our everyday work You capture and visualize actual and target processes and support the cross-company communication necessary for process implementation You can see the company's reintegration management (BEM) and the preparation, monitoring and documentation of disciplinary discussions with You support in project management, especially in the creation of forum documents, maintenance of schedules, maintenance of To Dos and the presentation of the project progress You will start presentations and reports for the HR sector as well as for our executives in the departments When recruiting your successor in an internship
