About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. In the coming years, we are moving our sites step by step towards an ecological and economically viable energy supply – CO2-conscious and sustainable. In a special position of trust, you take over the management of the electrical field of our building management with around 80 employees. With professional expertise and organizational skills, you can ensure the safe, economical and future-oriented operation of the electrotechnical systems of our properties. This makes a significant contribution to the secure and reliable technical supply of the DRV Bund. Your tasks include: Professional and disciplinary leadership of your currently 12 team-leading industrial engineers Ensuring trouble-free operation and maintenance and further development of electrical installations Development, implementation and continuous optimization of operating concepts, technical standards and guidelines for existing and future plants Initiation, monitoring and implementation of change processes in the area of responsibility (e.g. standardization, efficiency enhancement, digitization) Close cooperation with the HKLS department management in building operations as well as other technical areas for the holistic control of technical processes and projects The exercise of the activity is associated with occasional and well-planable missions.

In addition to an independent and structured way of working, you are convinced by a high level of responsibility and communication at eye level. You understand motivating your employees, actively shaping change processes and safely controlling technical and organizational requirements. In addition, you have the following: A completed scientific higher education (academic degree: Master or Diploma University) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable or a completed higher education (academic degree: Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable in connection with proven activities in the above-mentioned field of activity that correspond to the skills and experiences of a completed scientific higher education Long-term professional experience in technical building operation and maintenance of electrical installations Multiannual experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees
