Product data management: care, updating and structural preparation of product data sheets, product lists and intranet contents Presentations & trainings: creation of professional presentations and preparation of patterns for internal training and customer appointments Quality Assurance: Quality Assurance Support incl. Performance and documentation of wash tests Tender management: cooperation with tenders through product selection, coordination of sample orders and compilation of relevant documents Internal communication: writing contributions and information content for our internal corporate communication Research & Analyses: Market and competition research as well as analytical support in operational daily business Team & Projects: Participation in team meetings and continuous involvement in new topics and projects Organisation & Administration: Support for organisational tasks such as package acceptance and/or shipping as well as warehouse and office organization

Data competency: First experience in handling product or product data of advantage MS Office competence: Secure handling of MS Office or very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Communication: Strong oral and written expressiveness in German; English knowledge of advantage Organization & Flexibility: Embossed organizational talent as well as pleasure in diverse and varied tasks Team & Collaboration: Embossed team skills, communication strength and proactive collaboration Working method: Careful, structured and independent
