Qualifications Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Ideally first experience in a reception or administrative area, preferably in a tax office Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Friendly and professional appearance as well as excellent communication skills Organizational design, discretion and reliability
