Role Summary The Director of Brand Experience and Demand Generation is responsible for establishing and leading programs the brand strategy for MANN+HUMMEL and setting up the Demand engine for MANN+HUMMEL. This includes developing and implementing integrated demand generation strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, aligning all efforts to the overarching brand and business goals. The Director wants to define the campaign architecture, ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns, and act as the discipline lead for campaign and event execution. The role driving includes marketing enablement across the organization, enhancing brand visibility, and generating measurable business outcomes. Main Tasks Brand Building and Corporate Identity: Build the brand program and Drive the continuous development and global consistency of the MANN+HUMMEL brand and corporate identity across all touchpoints. Ensure all visual, verbal, and experiential brand expressions adhere to defined guidelines, and evolve the brand framework to meet future business needs Campaign Structure & Execution: Define and oversee the campaign architecture in alignment with brand strategy. Lead the planning and execution of global digital marketing campaigns that support thought leadership, product launches, making markets and capturing markets Disciplinary Lead for Campaign and Event Execution: Act as the discipline lead for digital campaign execution and corporate events. Ensure alignment to marketing and business objectives, and guarantee high-quality, on-brand execution Establish a Digital Demand Engine: Design and implement an end-to-end demand generation framework across paid, owned, and earned media channels. This includes creating a scalable and data-driven infrastructure to drive consistent and measurable growth pipeline Marketing Enablement: Develop and roll out an enablement program to upskill teams across the company in modern marketing methods, tools, and best practices. Foster a marketing culture that empowers business units and regions to adopt the global framework Brand Alignment: Ensure that all marketing and demand generation strengthening the global brand positioning and messaging. Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Employer Branding to maintain consistency Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Communications, and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure marketing strategies are business-relevant and drive revenue impact Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and establish performance dashboards for campaign and demand generation initiatives. Use data insights to optimize marketing Internal Agency Leadership: Lead the internal agency function, ensuring efficient and effective support for demand generation, creative development, and digital production
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a comparable field Professional Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in brand management, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally in an international B2B environment Proven track record in building and scaling demand engines as well as leading global brand initiatives including rebranding Experience in the automotive aftermarket or original equipment at a tier 1 or tier 2 supplier
Competencies: Strong expertise in branding and rebranding Experience in developing and executing global campaign architectures and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints Proficiency in defining KPIs, performance data, and driving continuous optimization
Language skills: Excellent English, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus Personality: strategic thinker with a strong execution focus Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for brand leadership, digital innovation, and measurable business outcomes
