• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Multiannual practical experience in building cleaning and ideally first experience of employee management, preferably experience as a foreman desirable
• knowledge in the handling of detergents, machines and workflows in maintenance cleaning
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of the most common office applications (e.g. MS Office)
• Self-employed and structured work
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• Reliability, readiness for use and friendly, safe occurrence in handling our customers

Your responsibility

• Organization, control and responsibility of cleaning in our own responsibility
• design of personnel planning and the management of their own employees
• Ensuring the proper, timely and high quality execution of all cleaning work
• Maintenance of reporting and documentation
• monitoring of working time arrangements, compliance with the time requirements, as well as the collection of working hours and work in relation to timely wage billing
• Support for monthly closing, billing preparation, material ordering and the incorporation of new employees
• Object analysis and quality control
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality requirements
• Close cooperation with the local customers' contact points
• Teaching and training for employees in responsibility

• Full time, 39 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
• Frame work time: 06:00 to 14:30
