In this position, you take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our team in the field of internal services and ensure smooth processes from the order system to the disposition, order processing to accounting. Guided tour of up to 15 employees: indoors Contact person:in for employees, customers and external service partners Close cooperation with the branch management and the relevant departments for controlling interfaces, escalations and continuous process improvement Acquisition of own order processing and close exchange with our customers Organisation of order processing, customer support and professional order controlling Conduct regular personnel, performance and annual meetings Designing and implementing best practices around indoor services Support in the construction and establishment of standard processes in interfaces (including all involved organisational units and process stages) Development and organisation of training for employees:inside

Representative team, cooperation and communication skills High customer orientation and motivation decision-making, organisational talent and reliability and sense of responsibility First relevant leadership experience and desirable knowledge of modern leadership instruments Very good technical understanding; Knowledge of housing/house technology of advantage Secure handling of MS Office; ideally knowledge of SAP MM Completed commercial training or relevant studies
