The Legal & Labour Relations department is the first representative for executives and employees in all personal and personal affairs. We support and advise FERCHAU Group's companies in the design of the Employee Life Cycle - from recruitment to termination including labour disputes. Convince us with your qualifications Successfully completed study of law and/or economic law, as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of labour, social and collective bargaining law Ability to penetrate more complex legal situations quickly and quickly get involved in new issues and implement them independently Embossed communication and team skills and joy in dealing with people A way of working with responsibility, empathy and liability as well as good organizational capacity Secure control of current MS Office applications and a good understanding of further IT programs, such as SAP/HR
