In your function as management of operations and plant management Landstrom (m/w/d), you take over the technical operator responsibility for the agricultural power plants and ensure their availability, as well as safe and legally compliant operation. Together with stakeholders, you continuously develop the operating, maintenance and asset management strategy and conduct optimization and renewal measures based on state assessments. You plan, commission and tax maintenance services, coordinate external service providers and monitor compliance with agreed service levels. The technical support of commissioning, acceptance and warranty processes is your responsibility as well as the creation and further development of technical standards, performance descriptions and operating guidelines. You are responsible for the technical implementation of the ship's supplies, coordinate the service providers involved and ensure an economic and safe plant operation during the service. Based on ETA and ETD data, you plan the use of internal and external operating teams, organize initial services and ship integration tests and control the fault and escalation management. In addition, you analyze operating key figures, develop KPI and reporting structures, secure complete technical documentation and support the commercial processes through the technical validation of supply, consumption and application data.

You have a completed university degree in the field of electrical engineering, energy engineering, automation technology or a comparable technical field and have several years of professional experience in operation, maintenance or technical management of complex electrotechnical infrastructures. Ideally, you have already been able to take on technical overall responsibility and have gained experience in the perception of operator responsibility or a comparable function. You will be able to identify the relevant legal, normative and technical regulations as well as comprehensive expertise in low-voltage and medium-voltage technology, including protection technology and network connection systems. In addition, you have practical experience in the maintenance of complex electrical systems as well as in the planning, tendering, awarding and controlling of technical services and maintenance services. With technical asset management processes, the analysis of plant conditions and the development of optimization and renewal measures, you are very familiar. Secure handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems complete your professional profile. Experiences with land power plants or comparable energy infrastructures as well as knowledge from the port, industrial or supply environment are advantageous. In addition, you will ideally bring project management experience as well as experience in cooperation with external service providers and framework contract partners. Personally, you convince your profile through a high sense of responsibility and security, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, pronounced communication and coordination skills and very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing.
