Working Student IT Awareness Coordinator (m/f/d)

You support the IT Awareness team in IT security in optimizing and implementing processes and projects related to IT-Awareness measures and phishing simulations. Conception & implementation: You develop new IT-Awareness campaigns and implement them in a targeted manner. Content creation: Together with our graphic designers, you develop creative materials such as new posters and screensaver. Phishing Simulations: You plan, perform and analyze phishing simulations and prepare the results in a comprehensible way. Content & Communication: You create informative and appealing contributions about IT-Awareness for our intranet and thus support internal awareness. Training development: You design and start new training to raise awareness among our employees. Actions & Events: You are organising and implementing effective measures at our sites to sustainably strengthen the awareness and resilience of cyber attacks.

You are at least 1 year registered:r Student:in an IT-close or media/communication-related course (e.g. (economic) informatics, information security, media or communication science). Information security & data protection: You know the most important basics (e.g. phishing, social engineering, password & MFA-Basics) and use collaboration tools safely and responsibly. Target group orientation: You are pleased to prepare complex technical content in a comprehensible, structured and targeted manner (e.g. texts, presentations, e-learnings or short videos). Design capacity & communication affinity: You have an eye for appealing design (e.g. Storylines, Visuals) and brings affinity to internal communication channels (Intranet, Newsletter, Social Intranet). Nice to have: First experience with phishing simulations, security awareness campaigns or metrics/reporting (e.g. click-through rate, participation rates). Own responsibility & organisational skills: You prioritize your tasks independently, keep an overview and perform your work conscientiously. Analytical thinking & structuring ability: You can quickly capture complex facts, logically prepare and clearly formulate them. Communication strength & team spirit: You are contactful, go open to various contacts: inside and enjoy working in the team. Language skills: You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
