Order Coordinator (m/f/d)

What awaits you main tasks / objectives of the position: Capacity and demand management: control and monitoring of capacities and needs including early bottleneck detection and measures management. Start-up and ramp-up management: Planning and implementation of pre-series and series approaches incl. Demand and system planning. Supply Chain Control: End-to-end control of material and process flows to ensure supply. Congestion and escalation management: identification of supply risks and introduction of appropriate countermeasures and escalations. Supplier and appointment control: coordination and monitoring of delivery dates and quantities with internal and external partners. Stock and KPI analysis: Monitoring of stocks and relevant KPIs (e.g. DOH, ranges) incl. Action derivation. Interface management: coordination between works, suppliers, customers and internal departments. Process and project work: participation in standardization, process optimization and cross-departmental projects important individual tasks: Creating and ensuring a multi-site roughing and production planning taking into account manufacturing and business insights with a focus on terminating Vehicle structures in ERP and APS, timing control of assemblies/components Examination of orders for feasibility and loading into the ERP system taking into account the production capacities and monitoring of resource capacity Definition, planning and monitoring of the implementation of labour stocks based on cost centers and the initiation of adjustments to cost center capacity (operative production control) Responsibility for inventory quantities of own-production parts (systematic monitoring, control and optimisation of stocks) and definition of strategic stockholding concepts (minimum stock/security stocks) Determining, maintaining and monitoring the MRP parameters for self-made components in cooperation with work preparation and taking into account the production line scheduling and individual project plans Creation, monitoring and adaptation of demand dates for foreign procurement components and internal coordination with material control Ensuring and initiating shipping activities in compliance with deadlines Implementation of cross-site order-expectation-Forecast reviews

completed study of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering (or comparable) with ideally additional commercial knowledge Multiannual professional experience in order and manufacturing planning Expertise in the field of order planning and/or production control and expertise on sub- and total systems Analytical thinkability as well as pronounced coordination and organizational talent Very good ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP) APS knowledge Very good IT skills (MS-Office) Embossed team skills and strong communication skills Experience in optimizing processes Proven additional professional qualifications (e.g. Refa, SAP, Process Management etc.)
