Head of Corporate Management (m/f/d)

In close cooperation with the management, you will be responsible for the economic and structural management of our facilities as a management company control unit with the departments controlling, financial and accounting, performance accounting and medical controlling. You design the integrated company control so that medical, nursing and commercial requirements are combined in a consistent, sustainable control model. You will advise the management of the strategic orientation of the facilities by contributing to the development of the corporate and risk strategy and implementing them in resilient control mechanisms for short, medium and long-term economic development. You are responsible for the overall economic management of the institutions in close cooperation with the commercial management: from liquidity and budget planning to investment strategy to multiannual economic planning and the derivation of structural measures from legal reforms. You are responsible for the legally compliant establishment and audit of the consolidated financial statements and the annual accounts and compliance with tax requirements. You control the central commercial core processes of the facilities – controlling, performance accounting, medical controlling – and ensure that these processes are legally compliant, audit-proof and aligned with the cash and liquidity assurance. You support the management of budget, pay and care budget negotiations with the social service providers and the implementation of structural and quality checks by the medical service. You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the medical controlling department that you have directly assigned and the 10 employees (m/w/d) of the accounting, controlling and performance accounting departments and control the interfaces between the departments.

You have completed an economic study – ideally related to healthcare – or have a comparable qualification. You possess multi-year practical professional and first leadership experience in a comparable position and live a leadership style that is oriented towards clarity, development and appreciation. You have secure expertise in the strategic management of healthcare facilities, including financial and liquidity planning, controlling, medical controlling and performance accounting. You act safely and proactively in dealing with legal and regulatory requirements in healthcare (e.g. SGB V, hospital financing). You convince by communication strength, strategic thinking and acting and a sovereign appearance towards internal and external stakeholders. You actively shape change processes, have experience in digital transformation and process optimization, and drive the further development of control structures and data quality consistently.
