To strengthen our team at the Oranienburg site, we are looking for a quality manager (m/w/d).

You are responsible for the management of the quality assurance laboratory and for the implementation of a consistent quality assurance and continuous improvement and further development of the quality standard You establish instruments for continuous quality improvement and regularly agree to their implementation with internal customers You implement quality management methods and methods for early analysis and improvement of all product-related internal processes You create test plans and product-related quality specifications and coordinate the test and measurement equipment in the relevant field You work with colleagues from development, process engineering and manufacturing in projects to ensure and further develop product quality You are responsible for the assessment and follow-up of customer and supplier complaints and for the implementation and monitoring of deposit and preventive measures You accompany external and internal audits. You conduct supplier audits and coordinate resulting measures to further develop our suppliers

You have a completed vocational training or a completed study ideally from the field of chemistry or a similar subject. You ideally bring experience in quality assurance/quality management and leadership and motivation of teams with You are happy to work on further developments and optimizations of existing processes and look beyond the rim of the plate You ideally have good IT knowledge, in particular in the handling of MS Office user programs, ERP systems as well as databases and laboratory measuring technology You have knowledge of German Your work is precise under time and complexity pressure It distinguishes an absolute team capability and binding communication
