Head of Department Planning & Control Submarine Equipment (m/f/d)

In submarine production we are looking for a department manager planning and control submarine equipment (m/w/d): • Leadership of the ''PLO - PPS Outfitting & ROM Execution' department and responsibility for production planning and control in the field of submarine equipment • Creation and optimization of production plans taking into account capacities, availability of materials and delivery dates as well as control and monitoring of ongoing production and initiation of countermeasures in the event of deviations • Analysis and further development of relevant key figures of the department and close cooperation with production, construction and purchasing • Development of equipment planning to prioritize resource use and derive infrastructure needs • Predictive and systematic employee development and processing of work packages to be answered in terms of quality, time and cost

• Complete study in the field of engineering or production technology as well as several years of professional experience in production planning / control with leadership experience • Experience in the management and development of employees and executives, project management and active interface management • Implementation and change skills, ability to develop and implement new approaches in planning and team work (e.g. agile management, LEAN principles) and to apply them in a practical way and to work on solutions in in interdisciplinary teams • Funded knowledge in the SAP ERP system and high degree of self-responsibility, autonomy and negotiation skills in complex situations • Sovereign appearance, convincing communication, pronounced team spirit, leadership will, loyalty and joy in dealing with employees
