Quartier Building & Concept Development: You are the first person to build quarters in stocks and new building quarters without existing structures. In addition, you develop concepts for social infrastructure, use mix, new housing, quarter mobility and quarterly offers, as well as location and quarterly analyses for strategic decisions in quarter building. Project Management & Strategic Consulting: You coordinate and tax project participants and coordinate project goals, milestones and processes with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you support higher-level decision-making processes within the framework of new construction projects, prepare decision-making bases and advise on usage options for purchase projects. Network & participation management: You build long-term cooperations and network structures and connect new quarters with existing ones. Communication & Event Management: You plan, organize and conduct quarterly events and networking activities. In addition, you will prepare public events and political discussions for the Executive Board and Executives, host events with external audiences and support quarter marketing and location communication as an interface to the communications department.

Qualification: You have a university degree, for example in the field of urban and regional planning, human geography, real estate management or a comparable degree course. Alternatively, you will bring a comparable qualified vocational training. Professional experience: You have several years of experience in building quarters or developing quarters. In addition, you will experience the creation of quarterly analyses and concept developments, the management of complex projects and coordination processes, the implementation and moderation of events with different stakeholders. You also have experience in strategic communication and positioning quarters. Working & Personality: You will explore topics conceptually, analytically and structured and keep track of complex projects and different interests.
