You are responsible for creating the personnel deployment planning leadership in coordination with the leadership. You are organising the day-to-day operating business and you are working on solutions in the event of inefficiencies and operational disruptions in the management sector. In addition, you standardize leadership and training processes and share your knowledge with the leadership team along the process organization. Furthermore, you conduct process analyses for operational control and display synergies/optimization potential . Your area of responsibility includes support for operational management in the case of representation. Your cooperation with the CVP of the site primarily concerns the topics Warehouse Management System, material flow calculator, process digitization. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the cooperation and representation of the IT coordination at the site.

You have a completed training in the logistics or IT field and ideally multi-year professional experience in process and logistics control . You bring very good knowledge in the MS Office applications, SAP and, if necessary, logistics systems. A structured, conscientious and independent way of working is obvious to you and you always keep an overview in a dynamic environment. You have fluent German skills in word and writing. Our shift operation is not a problem for you – you appreciate the variety and clear planning.
