You have a passion for smooth IT processes, modern infrastructures and know how to motivate a technology team to top performance? As IT Operations Manager (m/w/d) at the Cologne site, you are the strategic head of our “Platform Operations Center” team. You are not only responsible for the operation, but are actively developing our portfolio and are an estimated Sparring partner for our B2B customers and our sales.

Leadership with Vision: You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of our expert team (Windows, Linux, Network) in the “Platform Operations Center” (2nd-Level) and drive for a motivating work environment. Responsibility: You ensure the smooth operation of our customers' IT infrastructures and are responsible for personnel deployment planning as well as the economic utilisation of your area. Control projects: You plan, monitor and control exciting IT projects in the business customer environment while keeping track of timelines and quality. Strategy & Growth: You are developing our expertise and solution portfolio strategically and building your team forward-looking. Customers inspire: You proactively support our sales at pre-sales terminals and advise customers with your technical expertise at eye level.

You have several years of professional experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of IT operations teams A successfully completed technical study or comparable IT training form your basis You feel at home in the area of managed services and hosting customer IT infrastructures and understand the technical and economic contexts You are a strong team player with strong hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking and excellent presentation skills Flowing German and good English skills as well as a class B driving licence (for occasional customer visits) complete your profile
