Our Facility Management Team, consisting of 7 employees: In the Oldenburg site, all buildings and production halls as well as the associated outer surfaces are supervised. In addition to the maintenance of our industrial site, the team ensures the necessary infrastructure and also takes over the planning and implementation of structural changes.

Service provider control: support for external construction and maintenance firms in repairs, deficiencies and reconstruction and maintenance

Supply & Tender Management: Comparison of offers for foreign services and support in the preparation and implementation of tenders

Ordering & Material Management: Responsibility for ordering consumables, spare parts and tools

Process- & quality orientation: cooperation in the optimization of technical and organizational processes in the facility or Building management

Your profile: Training & Experience: Successfully completed artisanal and/or technical training with multi-year professional experience, ideally in facility management or building management or in a comparable coordinating function

Technical & Organisational Competence: Embossed technical understanding and experience in the coordination, monitoring and acceptance of maintenance, repair and foreign services

Commercial Understanding & IT: Secure handling of PCs and the common office programs, especially for comparisons of offers, orders and documentation

Quality & Cost Consciousness: High craftsmanship, quality standards and cost awareness

Working methods & team orientation: independent, structured and responsible working methods as well as reliability and teamability

Communication & Development: Secure appearance, pronounced communication skills and readiness for continuous further development
