As part of your activity, you can also gain a deeper insight into the development of renewable energies and new projects (such as the expansion of the hydrogen network) at the BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH. There are a variety of tasks in the areas of your choice: Energy, economic, public and environmental law Law of unfair competition and sales law General and special contract law Data protection law Contract law insolvency Company law Kartellrecht You work closely with the legal area and the relevant departments and answer questions from the departments. The respective legal advice is provided both for the BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH itself and for its subsidiaries. You’ll create opinions and prepare fonts that you tune with the relevant specialist areas and present to the respective specialist area and your team. You deal with current judgments and laws, evaluate them and apply them to current topics and inquiries. You participate in internal and external appointments, including in court, and daily business.

You have completed your studies in law with the First State Exam and want to leave your electoral station as a referendar:in the legal department of a company. You are interested in the aforementioned legal areas and tasks. In addition, you are interested in energy-economic topics and the associated energy transition. You like to work with other disciplines, are communicative and team-oriented. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (in word and writing).
