End-to-end responsibility for price strategy in a defined market or Area of responsibility – from strategic deduction to operational implementation Development and continuous optimization of data-based pricing models based on market, competitive and performance analyses Performance of scenario calculations, business cases and performance reviews to control revenue, margin and profitability Control of pricing measures (Pre-Season & In-Season) in close coordination with Product Management, Country Management, Marketing and Commercial Planning Conducting and implementing strategic pricing projects including international rollouts, process optimization and governance structures Further development of pricing tools, reporting and AI-based solutions as well as presentation of well-founded recommendations for action against stakeholders and management

Successfully completed studies in the field of business, mathematics, statistics, finance, business informatics or a comparable analytical field Multiannual experience in pricing, repentance management, commercial analytics or a comparable data-driven function – ideally in the retail, fashion or e-commerce environment Funded understanding of pricing architectures, initial pricing, margin control and economic KPIs as well as the ability to translate them into concrete decisions Very pronounced analytical skills and safe handling of large amounts of data as well as common analysis and BI tools (e.g. Excel, SQL) Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation combined with strong communication and presentation capability Experience in project and stakeholder management as well as excellent knowledge of German and English
