As a member of our team, you will support and coordinate the technical integration and operation of various applications as an on-premise or SaaS solution as well as application-specific hardware in the field of market information services and trading systems (such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Haver and rating agencies) They advise the internal departments and agree on new requirements with them, support them in the market research in search of suitable products, create technical concepts and accompany their implementation In addition, you work closely with internal IT offices and external partner companies Furthermore, in the load-level support, you analyze faults and error messages that you fix or delegate to other support points. You bring your knowledge and work from the start as a full-fledged team member in daily business and in exciting, interdisciplinary projects

Bachelor or equivalent degree of (economic) informatics or equivalent degree of education or comparable knowledge from a long-term professional experience combined with a completed IT training (e.g. professional informaticsin or system integratorin) Good knowledge and multiannual experience in application management, i.e. comprehensive technical and organizational support for applications from different technology areas (e.g. web, client server, cloud, saaS) and application-specific hardware in the best case also in the field of market information services and trading systems Good knowledge of operating systems, databases, networks, firewall and IT security as well as several years of experience in managing Microsoft Windows operating systems on servers and clients Embossed analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of autonomy and commitment as well as service and customer orientation At a workplace outside of Frankfurt or Munich, the readiness and fitness for health at regular service trips to these locations is expected Very good German and good English skills
