Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

You analyze and evaluate technical initial situations as well as existing structural and infrastructure structures. You plan and carry out technical inventory recordings and evaluate the data obtained in a structured manner. You guide functional and technical requirements from usage, operation and boundary conditions. You develop, compare and evaluate various concepts and solutions. You'll be able to describe, specifications and basis of decision in German and English. You set up cost, time and quantity frameworks for project management. You will develop technical tender documents and carry out offer assessments. You coordinate technical interfaces between the construction, infrastructure, operation and the relevant departments.

You have a completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, civil engineering or similar). You have professional experience in technical planning, planning and Implementation of installations or infrastructure. You have a deep system understanding for production and repair environments. You are sure to handle technical drawings, specifications and documentation. You have basic knowledge of cost, time and risk assessment. You are able to analyze complex facts structured and solve them pragmatically. You communicate fluently and safely in German and English – both orally and in writing.
