As a working student*in you will become an integral part of our team, take independent exciting projects and get comprehensive insights into the diverse topics surrounding HR and social media. Applicant Management: You accompany the entire application process – from the point of view of the documents, the coordination of Coding Challenges to communication with applicants Social Media: You enter and develop our social media channels – from the creative conception to production (e.g. video rotation and cut) to the publication of creative content P&C projects: With exciting P&C projects such as community management and empowerment, you actively contribute your ideas and support the implementation of innovative initiatives Events: You support the design and implementation of internal and external events and make sure they become a full success Daily business: You support people & culture administrative tasks

Studies: You are immatricated in a degree course such as Business Administration, Economics, Media Sciences, Marketing, Personal Management or a comparable subject area Practical experience: Ideally, you have first experiences in HR, e.g. through internships or student activities Personality: You are reliable, open-minded and are discreet with sensitive information. You draw from your conscience and sense of responsibility Working methods: You work independently, creatively and structured and enjoy a hand-on mentality Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Availability: You are looking for min. 12 hours to get in

Onboarding We prepare everything for your start at itdesign and give you everything you need to know your tasks and colleagues. Your mentor*in, your customised schedule, knowledge-based talks and pacifier internships will help you. Flexible Whether 40 hours or your individual part-time model – we are flexible to your needs. All your hours are recorded in a working time account; You can celebrate overtime.

Office & Home Office We'll be glad to see you in the office. You can also work at the Home Office. Some jobs are also 100% remote from anywhere in Germany. No matter where your desk is, we'll supply you with hardware.

Recreation & Workation You can take a 30-day holiday as well as special holidays in special events. You can also do workation at your choice.

Healthy We can give our name to the itdesign Nikolauslauf and look forward to when you join us. Running is nothing for you? Then maybe yoga, volleyball, our online gym or you can try something new at the health days.

Enjoy Coffee, tea, water and snacks such as fruit, vegetables and candy we all need and belong to every good office day. Highlight of the week: Cake service event!

Environment-conscious Whether bicycle leasing, green electricity, a separate solar system, charging columns or e-cars as corporate cars – sustainability is important to us. Therefore, we have created a CO2 balance and work step by step to reduce our footprint.

Social welfare We are part of society, so it is important for us to engage. These include donations, blood donations, or that we are at team events e.g. a high bed for a school. Just go and do good!

Celebrating We celebrate feasts as they fall and you are from the first day to a part of it, no matter what, Christmas or annual fuckoff. Every year we make a three-day trip with itdesign. to the mountains or to Paris.

Family You can work part-time, use Home Office, or get your young people to the office and use our parent-child room. In your parents' age, you'll get a parental time patent.

Job ticket Our headquarters is in the middle of beautiful Tuebingen, so the railway station is also right around the corner. With the job ticket you can easily go to the office or use it for excursions in your spare time.

Cycling Take a bike to the office or just spend the night in the fresh air? You can easily do this with your leased bike through itdesign.

Further education Friday is training day and we share our knowledge internally. In addition, we all have an annual cost framework that you can use for your individual training.
