Head of Dance (m/f/d)

Design and responsibility of the dance and choreography game with a view to the further development of a spartenintegrative city theatre Designing a program with own productions, guest games, co-productions and formats, designing a new artist-in-residence model Dramaturgy and organizational support of productions and guest plays Work with a generalist ensemble Internal and external mediation work, takeover of introductions and management services in the game Networking transnational, supra-regional and city, cooperation with cooperation partners and networks Head of department with a small team Budget management, controlling and third-party acquisition

Experience in the field of curation, artistic production, dramaturgy Knowledge of and enthusiasm for various forms of dance & choreography and their mediation Openness and affinity to various artistic practices, aesthetics and people with different experiences Interest in existing and future dance subjects Experience with transnational work, guest games and tour, in the field of production management and the organisation and coordination of artistic projects Multiannual experience in comparable activities Leadership experience and team skills Experience with budget management and third-party acquisition Creative thinking, communication and high commitment, reliability and independent work Expressed in Word and Writing, very good English knowledge of Word and Writing, ideally German knowledge of Word and Writing, other foreign languages are advantageous, ideally completed university studies Good handling of Office programs and Outlook. Willingness and opportunity to deal with flexible and theater working hours (son and holiday work, evening services)
