You bring a completed study or training as a specialist, technician, master or businessman with You have several years of experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams, ideally in a food processing company You are present on the surface, pack with them and lead your team as a model function High sense of responsibility, reliability and a strong sense of order and hygiene characterize your work With clear communication and respectful, motivating handling, you create confidence and promote a positive team culture Organisational skills and flexibility help you to keep an overview even in a dynamic production environment You bring the necessary readiness for the 3-layer system
